Engagements start with a coach-employee chemistry meeting, followed by separate meeting(s) with the sponsor to discuss expectations, such as success criteria and stakeholder interviews. Employees then engage in bi-weekly confidential coaching sessions guided by an action plan and style assessment for at least six months.
