It’s great to meet you! Starting the journey with a professional business coach can be a big change and the first steps may feel a bit confusing or even intimidating. Let's break down what you can expect in our initial meeting. The "chemistry" meeting, our first time together, sets the stage. This meeting is informal, however it’s an important discussion to ensure compatibility and lay the foundation for trust. Here you can ask any question you’d like – nothing is off limits, fire away.
During our time, we’ll focus on your goals and the driving force behind your interest in partnering with a certified coach.
Are you tossing and turning at night, thinking about your workload? Frustrated over recent changes in your life? Feeling stuck over your next career move? Maybe you’re looking to develop a business competency such as executive presence or leading through an acquisition? We’ll discuss why you are interested in coaching.
You’ll quickly appreciate and learn that our conversations together are always private – whatever we discuss in sessions stays right there between us, there are no exceptions.
We will spend some time on your values and beliefs as well. They act like your North Star, a constant guide in the journey of staying true to who you are. Values and beliefs are foundational because they shape decisions and guide behavior. We will also discover some together as we coach.
From there, we’ll discuss the subject (and importance) of accountability, coaching expectations for our partnership, logistics, and of course, pricing. Everything will be on the table so there are no surprises.
Perhaps you'd prefer coaching one session at a time before making a commitment. Or, maybe you're ready to dive into a coaching package of 9, 12, or more sessions. It's up to you. Either way, we'll discuss what matters most. Business packages may have different structures, and we can review how.
Take the time you need to reflect. And when you’re ready to dive in, I’ll be there waiting.
Onwards!
